Oh my word! I made this cake into little individual bundt cakes which took a little more time, and I was going to give everyone in my church a goody plate for Christmas, with that in the middle. Enter: 2010 December Snow Storm in NC –so our Christmas fellowship was canceled and rescheduled for the next week. Enter: Pneumonia. I put all the goodies in my freezer, but the pneumonia threw me for a loop and I was pretty much out of it for a month–so hubs had a BUNCH of little desserts he could choose every night right from the freezer there for a while–HAPPY CAMPER :p
